i'm super super super confused... i dun wan to type it here cos i dun think i wan to remember it... today just a super pissed off day. i love my job as a person in charge who issues vouchers. but i dun like it when the staff amends their original bookings when the date is very close to the departure date and doesn't tell both the coach department and the voucher in charge about it. when we do not know abt the changes, we do not do the appropriate stuff that are required. vouchers have to be changed, seats have to be re-arranged.

if u think it's easy, hah! come try it.. it's super tasking and it's very stressful. especially when today is like a peak day when everybody wants to go off to genting and to kul. and there was originally no more seats left. lucky fella. sheam and anson willing to help change the seatings. and i was very very angry when the changes was made because i had to do double jobs and change all the seatings i have written on my envelopes. zzz..

although the coach department have issued a memo to get staff to inform them when there are last minute changes made to their bookings.. staff still refuse to do it. i have no idea why. do they like their bookings to cock up? for the close to 1 yr that i have worked here, i can proudly say that the vouchers in charge only looked for me less than 5 times. i'm tired of looking for the same ppl all the time. and the mistakes that they make are repetitive. if they just take the trouble to check their bookings, i guarantee there will be lesser mistakes. i'm really tired. and it's not good for me to keep flaring up. it clearly affects the moods of my fellow colleagues in the same branch. especially my suk fen. likewise, her mood affects mine. but at least i am able to control a little and make her smile when she is down.

but my mood is hard to change. and when i'm really pissed off, i'm seldom nice to anyone. i just bang the phone, throw my vouchers, flare up and everything in my way is basically destroyed. i flare up very easily. and when suk fen sees me flaring up, throwing stuff, she gets irritated as well... so u can clearly see, flaring up is not good. as much as i try to control. sometimes it's really overboard. just like today, when 2 of the bookings cocked up, and both are from the same branch, i didn't care about seniority and called up the assistant branch manager of the branch in the same complex as mine and i literally yelled at him over the phone. i was super angry and i even cursed at him. which i kinda regretted because it wasn't his fault and i apologised. but the 2 ppl that changed and didn't inform the coach and vouchers, i'll remember what u did.. u better watch out!!! if typing extra things and informing 2 extra ppl would cause ur death, i would have been long dead by now. can u imagine how many extra things i typed and how many ppl did i call up when i updated a single booking when i was at the counter? i still do my job properly now when i am issuing vouchers! going into operations and a different position does not give an excuse for not doing our jobs properly. i look down on lazy ppl!
